We do not offer a waiting list, it is first come/first serve. Our apartments are very loved and usually at full capacity, so we do not offer tours—however, we do have pictures available!

Proof of income
Minimum monthly income of two times the rent amount
Good standing with previous landlord (no evictions)
No prior drug related or violent crimes on record
Credit score of 650+
